Full Job Description MSB Aquatics Swim Teacher Location:
MSB Aquatics 565 S. Preston Road, Celina (Celina Station)

Part-Time / Flexible Hours - Weekdays & Saturdays, morning & evening
Reports To:
Aquatics Director We are seeking passionate individuals who love inspiring children and helping them discover a love for the water. Responsibilities Teach individual and/or small group swim lessons for all ages. Master and implement the MSB Aquatics Learn-to-Swim levels and methodology. Educate swimmers on proper techniques and water safety skills. Communicate progress and practice suggestions with parents. Maintain a clean and safe pool environment and use teaching tools effectively. Attend mandatory training and team meetings. Support students while actively moving around the pool, including treading water and assisting as needed. Qualifications Previous teaching or swim instruction experience preferred but not required. Current First Aid and CPR/AED certification (infant to adult). Ability to learn and deliver the MSB Aquatics Learn-to-Swim methodology. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Ability to keep lessons fun, engaging, and focused. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively move around the pool for up to 4 hours. Basic computer and smartphone proficiency. MSB Aquatics is expanding our team - hiring instructors for learn-to-swim, Baby & Me, special-needs aquatics, adult fitness, and adult learn-to-swim, with morning and evening shifts available Monday-Friday and weekends.
