We provide the clients—you create and manage your own schedule. About My Swim Instructor My Swim Instructor is an in-home swim instruction company dedicated to providing a fast and reliable way for families to find personalized, professional, and effective swim lessons for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Lessons take place in the comfort of the client's own pool. Our instructors are supported by a dedicated support team that helps ensure your experience with us is smooth and rewarding. You'll have the opportunity to earn some of the highest wages in the industry while doing what you love and creating positive, memorable experiences for your students. Responsibilities Conduct private, semi-private (2-3 students), and small group (4+) swim lessons Coordinate and schedule swim lessons with clients Travel to clients' homes and teach in various pool environments Develop customized lesson plans based on each student's skill level and learning style Evaluate students' abilities, track progress, and adjust lessons as needed Provide a safe, fun, and effective learning experience Communicate regularly with parents, clients, or caregivers about student progress What to Expect When Working With My Swim Instructor Set your own availability and book clients that fit your schedule Travel to clients' homes in your local service area to teach lessons Choose the maximum distance you're willing to travel Receive multiple client offers each month Coordinate schedules directly with clients Stay connected with both clients and the My Swim Instructor support team Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching swim lessons to students of any age Demonstrated experience working as a swim instructor CPR and First Aid certification American Red Cross Safety Instructor or Basic Swim Instructor certification Strong swimming ability and solid knowledge of proper swim techniques and water safety Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Contractors must maintain their own liability insurance .
