Southlake Gymnastics Academy is looking for enthusiastic Gymnastics Coaches to join our growing team! Whether you have years of coaching experience or are simply passionate about working with children, we provide the training and support you need to succeed. At SGA, our mission is simple: Build confident kids while creating strong athletes. What You'll Do As a Gymnastics Coach, you will: Coach gymnastics classes for children ages 18 months through teenagers (based on experience and preference). Teach gymnastics skills in a safe, positive, and encouraging environment. Build confidence, discipline, coordination, and strength in every athlete. Make learning fun by creating engaging and energetic classes. Ensure the safety of all students while following lesson plans and progressions. Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress. Set up and organize equipment before classes. Work alongside an amazing team of coaches to provide an outstanding experience for every family. What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who: Loves working with children. Has a positive, enthusiastic attitude. Is dependable, punctual, and responsible. Enjoys being active and on their feet. Has strong communication and leadership skills. Works well as part of a team. Can create a fun, encouraging, and structured learning environment. Gymnastics or coaching experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right person who has a passion for working with kids. Qualifications Minimum age of 15 years old Ability to lift and spot children safely. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and demonstrate skills throughout the shift. Ability to pass a background check (if applicable). Evening and/or weekend availability preferred.
