Early Years Soccer Coach (Indoor) KidsUnited Sugarland Sugar Land, TX Job Details Part-time $15 - $18 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Soccer coaching Sports activities for children Full Job Description KidsUnited is hiring energetic and passionate Soccer Coaches to lead fun, engaging soccer classes for children ages 1.5 to 9 years old . If you love working with kids, enjoy being active, and have soccer or coaching experience, we'd love to meet you! This is a great opportunity for coaches, former athletes, early childhood educators, or anyone who enjoys helping children grow through sports. Job Responsibilities Coach engaging soccer classes for children ages 1.5-9 Follow the KidsUnited curriculum and class structure Help children develop confidence, coordination, soccer fundamentals, and life skills Create a positive and encouraging environment for kids and families Communicate with parents about their child's progress through daily feedback Maintain accurate records including attendance and progress reviews Ensure all health and safety standards are followed during activities Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions to maintain KidsUnited program standards Qualifications Minimum 6 months experience coaching youth soccer OR 1+ year experience working with children plus a soccer playing background Experience working with children is required Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Reliable, punctual, and organized Able to work well in a team environment Must be comfortable leading groups of young children Flexible availability for weekday and weekend shifts Schedule Part-time Weekdays, evenings, and weekends available (Primary Schedule Thursday-Sunday) Flexible scheduling options What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Training provided through the KidsUnited coaching program Supportive and fun team environment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding youth sports program How to Apply Apply through Indeed and include a brief summary of your experience working with children and/or coaching soccer.
