Description:
We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and fun-loving individuals to join our coaching team as Floater/Assistant Coaches ! This role is perfect for those who enjoy working with children and want to help create a positive, energetic environment in our preschool and recreational gymnastics programs. You'll get to be part of classes that include gymnastics (boys and girls), tumbling, ninja, parkour, cheer, camps, and more. As a Floater/Assistant Coach, you'll support lead coaches during practices, step in where needed, and help ensure every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged. No prior gymnastics experience? No problem—we'll train the right candidates who have a passion for teaching and making a difference.
Responsibilities:
Assist lead coaches with classes in gymnastics, tumbling, ninja, parkour, and cheer Provide positive encouragement and support to children of all ages and skill levels Help demonstrate skills and safe practices when comfortable Ensure the safety and well-being of all athletes during classes Step in as needed to support different groups, age levels, or events Help create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment Collaborate with staff to set up and clean up equipment for classes and events
Requirements:
Love working with children and creating a positive atmosphere Reliable, energetic, and willing to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt and assist in different classes and age groups Background check clearance required CPR/First Aid certification (preferred, but not required) Helpful Skills (not required): Experience with children in any setting (childcare, sports, camps, teaching, etc.) Background in gymnastics, cheer, parkour, or other physical activities Interest in pursuing a coaching career in the future

$9.00 - $12.00 per hour
