Pay Rate:

8.00 - 10.00 Women's Basketball Student Employees provide program support on a daily basis, including practice, gameday and offseason duties. Student Employees will learn the importance of teamwork and preparation, and will provide hand-on assistance to program staff.

Job Functions:

Assist with practice and gameday set-up Assist with drills and workouts including statistics and clock operation Assist with video and film operations Various game-day duties as assigned General office administration Other duties as assigned, which may or may not include some travel Compliance with all NCAA and Baylor policies

Required Skills:

Some experience with basketball skills Professional manner, and appropriate attire is required at all times Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.00 Availability to work mornings, nights and weekends Detail-oriented and organized Able to self-motivate

Additional Duties:

Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility Provide excellent customer service to clients Ability to prioritize and take initiative Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations Ability to comply with University policies Maintain regular and punctual attendance
