Gymnastics Team Coach

Peak Gymnastics Team Coach Duties:

• Plan and deliver gymnastics lessons to individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels
• Teach proper techniques and skills for various gymnastics disciplines, including floor exercises, balance beam, uneven bars, and vault
• Create a safe and supportive environment for gymnasts to learn and grow
• Provide guidance and feedback to help gymnasts improve their performance
• Ensure equipment is set up properly and in good working condition
• Monitor and enforce safety rules and regulations during training sessions
• Collaborate with other coaches to coordinate team practices and competitions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in gymnastics coaching or participation in competitive gymnastics
• Must also be willing/able to teach rec classes as well
• Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, skills, and rules
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and skill levels
