Head Strength & Conditioning Coach

The Head Strength & Conditioning Coach will oversee and coordinate the strength and conditioning program for the NCAA Division I athletic teams of the university. This position will work closely with head coaches in developing conditioning, weight training, and nutrition programs.

Date of first consideration:

05/07/2026. Provide direct sports performance support for assigned sports. Supervision of strength and conditioning staff. Schedule sport usage of the sports performance center. Manage sports performance and nutrition budgets. Coordinate with Sports Dietitian to assist in implementing nutritional aspects of sports performance. Participate in administrative meetings Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in exercise science or related field. Minimum 5 years experience working as a strength and conditioning coach at a college/university. Current certification as a CSCS or SCCC strength coach. Or other recognized certification by the NCAA Current CPR/AED & first aid certification Preferred Qualifications Graduate Degree in exercise science or related field. 5 years experience at an NCAA Division I institution. This position is contingent on funding.
