Job Description
Snow College is seeking a qualified assistant football coach to help with various parts of the football team and athletic department. This position may instruct PE courses as well.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Extensive knowledge of offensive/defensive football schemes.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Canvas, and video breakdown.
- Basic knowledge of Hudl software program.
- Ability to interact with students and administration.
- Ability to recruit and develop relationships with high school programs.
- Be a role model and mentor to students.
- Work with the head coach to accomplish the day-to-day operation and administration of the program.
- Recruit high-quality student-athletes. Off-campus recruiting, travel to games, recruiting fairs, and schools as directed by the head coach.
- Work with high school coaches to attract student-athletes to Snow College.
- Organize and supervise off season work for student-athletes.
- Supervise and monitor the academic progress of the student-athletes.
- Teach adjunct classes in the Physical Education department.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned by Athletic Director within the athletic department.
