SUMMARY:
The Assistant Coach will need to have a strong background in player development, a proven coaching history, and a commitment to creating a positive, competitive, and development-focused environment for players. The coach will be responsible for planning and leading training sessions, developing players technically and tactically, communicating effectively with players and families, and contributing to the overall development philosophy of the club.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Plan and lead high-quality, age-appropriate training sessions Develop players technically, tactically, physically, and mentally Provide clear instruction, constructive feedback, and mentorship to player Create a positive, competitive, and development-focused training environment Collaborate with other coaches to support consistent player development Support the club's overall coaching philosophy and player-development model Attend scheduled training sessions, matches, meetings, and club events Maintain current coaching licenses, certifications, and required compliance standards Commit to ongoing coaching education and professional development All other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
