Job Description

National Head Coach Giant Ideas Lehi, UT Job Details Full-time $50,000 - $60,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications CPR Certification Filming Team development Teaching AED Certification Full Job Description The Role Giant Brands franchises fight-forward fitness concepts — KickHouse, Legends Boxing, Mayweather Boxing + Fitness. The standard we hold lives or dies on the floor, in the hands of the coach running the class. The National Head Coach owns that floor across the network. We are looking for the coach who is clearly the best one in their gym right now — the one members request, the one other coaches copy — and who is ready to do that on a national stage with the company behind them. You'll help push the programming every studio teaches. You'll train the coaches who deliver it. You'll be on camera for the whole network. You will not do it alone, and you will not have to figure it out from scratch — you'll have brand leadership, an in-house marketing team, and direct access to the executive group. If you take this job and do it well, you will run coaching for a multi-brand franchise system before most of your peers run a single studio. What You'll Own Programming. Build and evolve class programming for the network — rounds, combinations, progressions, drills. Programming ships on a schedule and evolves every quarter. Coach development. Write the coaching standard, then teach it. Certify new coaches, run recertifications, and hold the bar when someone drifts. On-camera delivery. Film technique libraries, training modules, and launch content for franchisees and their staff. You'll be in front of a lens regularly. In-market support. Travel 6-10 times a year for studio openings, regional trainings, franchisee events, and brand shoots. Franchisee partnership. Be the coaching resource operators call. Diagnose what's wrong on their floor and fix it. What Success Looks Like First 90 days: You know the programming across all three brands cold. You've taught in front of a camera and in front of a room of coaches. You've been on the road at least once.
First year:
A documented coaching standard the whole network trains to. A certification path new coaches complete before running a class alone. A content library franchisees actually use. And numbers that move — class attendance, member retention, coach retention in the markets you support. Requirements 2+ years coaching kickboxing, MMA, Muay Thai, or boxing. Competitive experience is a plus, not a requirement. What matters is that you can teach technique correctly to a beginner and to a coach. You can hold a room. Charisma is the part of this job we can't teach. You command attention without raising your voice. Willing to be on camera. You don't need production experience. You need to be comfortable, take direction, and get better every shoot — we'll handle the polish. Coachable. You'll get direct feedback constantly. If that lands badly, this isn't the seat. Available to travel 6-10 times per year, including occasional weekends. In-office in Lehi, Utah, five days a week. Relocation is on you, but we'll talk about it. CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain it before start. What Will Get You Hired Over a Longer Resume You already film yourself coaching, even just for your own social You've built something small on your own — a class format, a clinic, a youth program, a following You've corrected another coach's technique and they thanked you for it You've worked inside a franchise or multi-location gym and understand why consistency matters What You Get The top coaching title in a growing multi-brand franchise system A national platform and a company that will put you in front of it Direct access to the executive team
