Founding Strength & Conditioning Coach Ogden, Utah |
Anticipated Opening:
January 2027 Help Build Ogden's Next Great Training Community We're launching a new athletic club in Ogden, Utah, and we're looking for exceptional coaches who want to be part of something from the very beginning. This isn't just another coaching job. We're building a community centered around high-quality coaching, authentic relationships, and helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident. We're looking for coaches who are passionate about developing people, committed to creating an outstanding member experience, and excited by the opportunity to help build a business from the ground up. About the Role As a Founding Strength & Conditioning Coach, you'll help establish the culture, coaching standards, and member experience that define our gym. You'll lead small-group Strength & Conditioning classes, coach members of all fitness levels, and become an integral part of a team committed to excellence. This is an opportunity to grow with the business, contribute ideas, and help create one of Northern Utah's premier training facilities. Responsibilities Coach engaging, high-energy Strength & Conditioning classes. Deliver safe, effective, and progressive workouts for athletes and everyday adults. Provide coaching, motivation, and individualized attention to members. Build genuine relationships that create long-term member success. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment. Assist with member onboarding, gym events, and community outreach. Help establish coaching systems, standards, and culture. Contribute ideas that improve the member experience and support the growth of the business. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Loves coaching people and seeing them succeed. Creates energy and positivity in every class. Is dependable, professional, and self-motivated. Takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. Works well on a team while taking ownership of their responsibilities. Wants to help build something meaningful—not simply pick up another coaching job. Preferred Qualifications Personal Training Certification (NASM, NSCA, ACSM, ACE, or equivalent) CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience coaching group fitness, athletic performance, or Strength & Conditioning Strong communication and leadership skills Growth Opportunities Founding coaches will have opportunities to grow as the business grows.

Lead Strength Coach Head Coach Coach Development & Education Leadership opportunities as additional locations or programs are added We're looking for people who want to build a career—not simply coach classes. Hiring Timeline We're accepting applications now to begin identifying outstanding coaches well before opening. Our anticipated opening is January 2027, though it could be earlier depending on construction and development. Selected candidates may have opportunities to participate in onboarding, planning, and team development before opening.
