Head Girls Wrestling Coach at Holston High School
MAJOR DUTIES
The head girls wrestling coach is responsible for creating and implementing positive program development. The coach must demonstrate strong leadership in player and staff development, sportsmanship, integrity, and character development. Qualified candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills. This is a non-teaching coaching position.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have successful experience as a coach
Must be able to implement a training program Must possess leadership qualities and personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with administrators, parents, and students
