Healthy Baller is a top sports performance training company with 5 locations across the DMV, and we're looking to add energetic, hungry coaches to our team. We train athletes from youth through professional levels, plus adults. We want passionate, certified coaches ready to grind, learn, and take their training career to the next level. Responsibilities Assist in designing and implementing Strength and Conditioning Programs Run Private, Semi-Private, Small Group and Class Training Sessions General cleanliness and upkeep of Facility Record and track Data relative to athletes goals Timely and Organized Represent Healthy Baller in and outside of Facility at all times Creating an environment clients want to experience again Job Requirements Possess a nationally recognized and accredited training certification (NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ACE, ACSM) Have at least 1 year of relevant work experience in the sport performance or personal training field CPR/AED Certified Skilled written and oral communication skills Familiarity in Training athletes, their environment, and needs Team oriented Passion for helping people of all ages High energy, motivating, and enthusiastic attitude brought every day
