We're hiring coaches for Preschool and Afterschool Sports Program in the Greater Fairfax Area About the company: Founded by a coach with experience in the largest NBA Youth Basketball program , Unity Active is a new, woman-owned program empowering kids ages 3-10. We deliver structured, high-energy sports enrichment at local schools and preschools designed to inspire confidence, teamwork, and joy.

Schedule :

Program runs weekday mornings for Preschool (8-11 AM) and afternoons for Afterschool (3-5 PM)

What You'll Do:

Lead 30-60 minute sports/movement classes at partner sites Create inclusive, safe, and fun learning environments Communicate with site staff and families professionally

You Are:

Be extremely reliable and consistently on time. Have an enthusiastic, positive attitude and enjoy working with children. Be able to confidently lead groups of 8-15 students (maximum of 15). Comfortable leading different age groups (preschool up to 5th grade) Must be comfortable teaching multiple sports (soccer, basketball, gymnastics, pickleball etc.) Experience in coaching, teaching, childcare preferred Have reliable transportation around Fairfax & nearby areas Have reliable transportation and your own vehicle. Must have afternoon availability between 3-5pm and/or morning between 8-11am Position Details Maximum of 8
