QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of one year of coaching experience as an Assistant or Head Coach preferred. Must have extensive knowledge of the rules and skills in the sport applying for; must be program centered; must have specific skills and exhibits good sportsmanship; must have knowledge of VHSL rules and works well with children. Previously competed at the college level, club team or professional level.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT
Work may involve exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises. Moderate physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 25 pounds or standing and/or walking for several hours per day. Work environment may involve minimal exposure to physical risks, such as operating heavy and/or dangerous equipment or working with chemicals.
