X-Factor Volleyball & Athletic Performance is looking for motivated, reliable, and certified Strength & Conditioning Coaches who have a passion for developing young athletes. Our growing team includes certified trainers, volleyball coaches, mindset coaches, physical therapists, and high school interns interested in pursuing careers in sports medicine, strength & conditioning, physical therapy, and human performance. We are also expanding our youth athlete development pathway. Our 10U elementary program introduces younger athletes to fundamental movement, coordination, athletic development, and volleyball skills. Beginning in January, we also plan to launch our Lil Stars Program , a youth movement and development program built around a curriculum developed by our PT doctor, Dr. Peppers . Lil Stars will provide our high school interns with an opportunity to help lead, teach, and grow under the guidance of our experienced staff. While our interns will play an important role, our entire X-Factor team will work together to help make the program successful and provide a positive foundation for our youngest athletes.
Coaching Opportunity Pay:
$20/hour
Typical Hours:
Monday-Thursday, 5:00-9:00
PM Additional Opportunities:
Friday 6:00-8:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM-12:00 PM, depending on client needs.
