Youth Soccer Coach

Job Summary Vienna Youth Soccer is looking for enthusiastic and experienced coaches to host fun and high-energy sessions for soccer players ages 3-9 years old. Our house programs are open to boys and girls who wish to play and learn soccer while having fun, making friends, and developing sportsmanship in a non-pressure environment. Coaches may have the opportunity to coach during the spring season after completing the winter season. We will provide a VYS coach's shirt and coaching equipment. Responsibilities and Duties

• Communicate directly with the House Director of Coaching
• Serving as a good role model for the players while providing a fun, safe and challenging environment
• Follow and execute the session plans provided by the House Director of Coaching
• Arrive early and be prepared upon player's arrival to each session Qualifications and Requirements
• Invested in player development
• Energetic and passionate to be working with younger kids
• Maintain a professional manner throughout each session
• Must be 18 years old
• Must be able to work weekends for a period of 8-10 weeks
• Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle . Complete the online or in person grassroots modules within 6 months of hire date
• Coaching licenses preferred but not required Minimum 1 year experience coaching with children between the ages of 3 to 9 years old.

In addition to the above, a successful candidate must pass a Child Abuse Prevention Training and Background Check.
