This is executed by data monitoring, reviewing recorded calls, and real-time coaching throughout the day. In partnership with the Assistant/Associate Director, the Advising Team Coach ensures team members contribute to school-specific goals assigned by university leadership.

$45,000 annually Essential duties: The Advising Team Coach is assigned a specific team of Advisors to coach and hold accountable for their performance goals. Trains him/herself in program knowledge, system knowledge, and best practices in customer service and Advising. Then he/she develops training presentations and activities to help Advisors grow in these areas. Analyzes data, identifies performance gaps, and provides feedback to Advisors in real time and in routine one-on-one meetings. Documents daily, weekly, and monthly feedback to team members to demonstrate a well thought out plan of action and individualized approach to leadership. Prepares additional training for the team and models professional standards that will bring the team to a higher level of Christian professionalism.
Qualifications:
