Dec 7, 2026 Job Description Middle School Nordic Ski Coach (Grades 7-8) BFA Fairfax is seeking a positive, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable Middle School Nordic Ski Coach to lead our Grades 7-8 Nordic skiing program. The coach will foster skill development, sportsmanship, and teamwork while creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all student-athletes. Responsibilities include: Plan and lead practices and coach at competitions. Teach fundamental Nordic skiing techniques and race strategies. Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth. Communicate effectively with student-athletes, families, and school administration. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all participants. Follow school, league, and Vermont Principals' Association (VPA) policies and expectations. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, enjoys working with middle school students, and is committed to providing a positive and rewarding athletic experience.
