Job Description

Franklin West Supervisory Union is seeking a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Student Support Services team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), providing direct support to students, and consulting with staff.

A primary focus of this role will be to develop a district-wide behavioral intervention support system. This involves establishing a team to create consistent practices and protocols, as well as providing ongoing coaching, consultation, and collaboration with school teams.

We are looking for a collaborative, systems-minded professional who is committed to supporting students and building staff capacity. The successful candidate will balance direct student services with broader systems development.
