QUALIFICATIONS

Springfield School District seeks individuals who are committed to the mission and vision of the school. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Relentless commitment to raising academic achievement of all student-athletes Organize and attend all practices and contests Ability to motivate students Ability to individualize instructions Strong communication skills Knowledge of rules and strategies Experience as a coach preferred Experience as a player preferred Enthusiasm for the sport Coaching certifications preferred (NFHS) Ability to work effectively with students, staff, parents, administrators and public Maintain high level of ethical behavior Available to work a flexible schedule including afternoon/evening/weekends Carry out other duties as assigned by athletic director that are sport or coaching related
