Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper. Duties Manage full-cycle bookkeeping processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll management, and bank reconciliations Process payroll using GUSTO. Maintain detailed records of financial transactions using QuickBooks Desktop Perform account reconciliation tasks such as accounts payable/receivable reconciliation, general ledger review, and double-entry bookkeeping. Qualifications Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role with a strong understanding of Not for profit accounting. Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop version Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and proficiency in double-entry bookkeeping techniques. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently under tight deadlines.
