Job Description
Job Overview B&B Training Solutions is seeking an energetic, responsible, and engaging Youth Sports Instructor to lead after-school enrichment programs, camps, and youth sports teams. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with kids, enjoys sports, and wants to make a meaningful impact in the community. Our instructors do more than just run drills — they build confidence, teach teamwork, and create positive, memorable experiences for students. Programs may include basketball, soccer, multi-sport, floor hockey, track and field, PE-style games, skill development clinics, and camps serving Pre-K through 5th grade. Responsibilities
- Teach and coach students in a variety of sports including basketball, flag football, soccer, pickleball, floor hockey, cross country, track & field, etc.
- Develop training programs to enhance students' skills and performance
- Educate students on sports techniques, rules, and strategies
- Provide guidance on physical fitness and conditioning
- Manage and supervise sports activities in a safe and engaging manner
- Assist in behavior management and fostering a positive learning environment Qualifications
- Previous experience working with students in a coaching or educational setting
- Proficiency in a range of sports disciplines
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire students
- Certification in childcare or relevant field is a plus
