Reardan Middle School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our athletic program as a Middle School Football Assistant Flex Coach for the upcoming season. This seasonal position offers an opportunity to work closely with student-athletes, fostering their skills, teamwork, and love for the game of football. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for coaching, an understanding of the sport, and a commitment to the development of young athletes both on and off the field. This is a volunteer position that will convert to a paid position if we have enough athletes turn out. We are expecting turnout numbers of 26+, which would support this as a paid coaching position for the 2026-27 season only.
