Who we are looking for:
Enjoys working with young children Likes being active and moving—this is a hands-on coaching position! Reliable and able to arrive at the gym on time every week Positive, patient, and willing to learn Comfortable assisting experienced coaches and interacting with childrenExperience:
No gymnastics or coaching experience is required! A background in rhythmic gymnastics, gymnastics, dance, ballet, or a similar activity is appreciated, but not necessary. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about working with children and willing to learn. Our experienced coaches will provide on-the-job training and teach you how to assist and coach rhythmic gymnastics. Duties Assist in planning and executing gymnastics training sessions tailored to various skill levels Support safety protocols by monitoring equipment use and ensuring proper technique during activities Engage with students to promote enthusiasm, good sportsmanship, and behavior management Qualifications Experience working with children in sports or educational settings are great but not required Knowledge of sports-specific training instruction in activities like soccer, basketball, cheerleading, climbing or gymnastics is beneficial Excellent communication skills with staff Certifications in first aid and CPR are plus Join us to inspire young athletes through energetic coaching that emphasizes safety, skill development, and fun!
