You're Perfect If You :
Have 3+ years coaching group fitness across diverse modalities Can confidently offer real-time modifications, regressions, and progressions Build authentic relationships through enthusiasm, empathy, and respect Understand that fitness is a relationship-driven practice Maintain CPR/First Aid/AED certification (or are willing to obtain) Show up with integrity, professionalism, and curiosity Bonus if you have experience working with youth athletes
We Offer :
$35
  • 60/hour based on experience + quarterly performance raises Paid sick time & free classes Continuing education reimbursement + bimonthly in-house training Supportive, community-focused work environment Opportunities to grow toward Signature/Executive Personal Trainer pathways Schedule Weekday late afternoon/evenings and Saturday mornings with intermittent flexibility to sub classes throughout the week.
While this is on site at our Fremont Studio, you have the option to also sub or pick up classes at our West Seattle location.
