Head Football Coach/Athletic Director Job Description:
Soap Lake Middle School is seeking a dedicated and responsible Assistant Football Coach to support the Middle School Head Coach in all aspects of the football program. This position helps promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and player development in a safe and positive environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Middle School Head Coach with planning and running practices Supervise student-athletes at games, practices, and team events Help teach football skills, rules, and strategies Encourage academic success and good behavior among players Ensure safety and proper use of equipment Support team goals and school policies Attend coaches' meetings and training as required
Qualifications:
Knowledge of football rules and coaching techniques Positive role model for high school athletes Ability to work well with students, staff, and parents CPR/First Aid and WIAA coaching certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Schedule:
