Job Description

Overview:
Premier Cheer Northwest is seeking dedicated and experienced all-star cheerleading coaches to lead classes and competitive teams. This role focuses on teaching stunting, tumbling, choreography, and overall performance while fostering a positive, disciplined, and team-oriented environment. Our ideal candidate is passionate about athlete development, safety, and creating a positive training environment for athletes of all skill levels.
Responsibilities:
Coach and lead teams during practices, competitions, and events Teach proper form and technique while safely executing stunts, tumbling, jumps, and choreography Assist with or create choreography and routine cleaning Develop and/or follow structured practice plans focused on skill progression and team success Provide constructive feedback and motivation to athletes Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff Attend competitions, showcases, and team events Collaborate with other coaches and staff to maintain program standards
Qualifications:
Prior cheerleading and/or coaching experience required Strong knowledge of stunting, tumbling, and overall routine composition Ability to manage and motivate athletes of all ages Positive attitude, leadership skills, and team-oriented mindset Reliable, professional, and punctual USASF credentialing (preferred, but not required) CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Schedule:
Evening and weekend availability required Travel for competitions may be required Flexible scheduling based on team needs
