In this role, you will implement and coach training programs that enhance athletic performance, improve body mechanics, and promote overall fitness for clients of all levels. Your expertise will inspire clients to achieve their goals through motivating coaching, precise biomechanics application, and comprehensive program design. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' health and performance while working in a vibrant fitness environment. Responsibilities Develop rapport with current cliental and assist members in achieving their goals. Lead engaging group fitness sessions and individual training sessions with enthusiasm and professionalism Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and injury prevention strategies Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting programs to optimize results and ensure safety Demonstrate excellent client communication skills to build rapport and motivate sustained engagement Maintain up-to-date knowledge of physiology, anatomy, nutrition, and fitness industry trends Ensure safety protocols are followed by conducting first aid when necessary, operating AED devices, and adhering to manual handling standards Requirements Proven experience in sports coaching, personal training, or strength conditioning within the fitness industry Strong understanding of biomechanics, physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics principles Current CF-L1 certification or something commensurate. Experience designing effective training programs for diverse client needs including heavy lifting and group fitness classes Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate clients and foster positive relationships.
