Assistant Womens Basketball Coach

Position Summary:

Beloit College seeks a motivated and dedicated Assistant Women's Basketball Coach to support all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division III women's basketball program. This position works closely with the Head Coach to develop student-athletes both on and off the court, fostering excellence in athletics, academics, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and conducting practices, training sessions, and game preparation Provide individual and team skill development instruction Support recruiting efforts, including identifying, evaluating, and communicating with prospective student-athletes Analyze game film and assist with scouting reports Promote a positive team culture aligned with Beloit College values Ensure compliance with NCAA Division III, conference, and institutional rules and regulations

Qualifications:

Previous coaching or playing experience at the collegiate or high school level Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals and strategy Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Commitment to the academic success and personal development of student-athletes Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required Valid driver's license
