Pool Build Crew Member

About the company:

Wolter Pools & Spas is South Central Wisconsin's leading swimming pool installation and service company since 1965. We are looking to add a task-oriented Pool Build Crew Member to join our service and construction crew! Candidate will get to see all sides of swimming pool and spa installation and maintenance. No pool or spa experience is necessary -- we will train you! This position is perfect for someone just starting their construction career, or any self-starter who likes to work with their hands outside!

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in all aspects of swimming pool installation, including delivery of materials, liner install, equipment set-up, and any other construction tasks as needed. Assist on service calls to install or repair pumps, heaters, etc. Deliver chemicals or equipment to various job sites. Assist in delivery and set-up of hot tubs on customer property. Assist with pool and hot tub opening in spring, and also winterizing in late summer/early fall.

Qualifications:

MUST be dependable and manage time well. Must have valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles daily. Ability to take initiative and jump in to help the crew with task at hand. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, or concrete flatwork is a plus, but not required. Ability to frequently bend, kneel, reach, in addition to lifting/carrying 50+ lbs as needed. Must be able to keep company vehicles and job sites clean and tidy. Must be organized, flexible, and willing to learn!
