We are seeking specifically an Optionals Level coach with knowledge and experience coaching levels 5 and up. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics and/or related sports, with the ability to inspire and educate young athletes. This role involves coaching students of various skill levels, ensuring their safety, and fostering a positive learning environment. If you have experience in sports coaching, childcare, or other athletic disciplines, we encourage you to apply. Duties Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of individual gymnasts. Instruct athletes on proper techniques for various gymnastics skills and routines. Monitor participants during practice sessions to ensure safety and proper form. Provide constructive feedback to help athletes improve their performance. Organize and lead warm-up exercises and conditioning activities Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes teamwork and personal growth. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Skills Strong background in gymnastics or related sports such as Judo, Cheerleading, Basketball, or Karate. Experience in sports coaching or childcare is highly desirable. Ability to educate young athletes on techniques while ensuring their safety. Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff effectively.
