Set up and maintain customer accounts in our business system. Verify customer shipping and billing addresses, checking for potential fraud. Communicate with customers to confirm information and request email addresses for invoicing. Review customer credit and assign credit limits. Update open orders based on changes to existing customer accounts. Assist with requests for ACH/Wire payments and invoices.What We're Looking For:
A high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A commitment to our company vision and mission.
