Job Description

About the role HealthFitness is looking for a part-time Swim Team Coach to join the Aquatics Team at our client site located in Burlington, WI. You will be coaching ages 6-18 years old, with some adult classes included. Coaching schedule will vary but will be from early morning hours to evening hours, based on availability and the season. You will be working approximately 6 hours per week. Tuesday's/Thursday's 5:30PM - 8:00PM and Wednesday's 5:45PM - 6:45PM In this position, you will provide effective and safe coaching for children participating on our Swim Team program. You will design your coaching style to meet the participant's abilities and goals. Minimum Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days. Must have a strong swim background. Proficiency in all swim strokes. Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver information clearly, concisely, and timely. Are highly organized, energetic, and can multi-task. Ability to travel to away meets. Ability to use swim meet software and set-up pool for swim meets. Flu vaccination required. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. The compensation range for this role is $18/hr - $21/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
