This role will primarily work in the areas of basketball coaching, training, and providing tours of the facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist athletes in skill development while they are on the court doing their workouts Assist athletes in running the equipment in the facility Answer general phone calls - inquiries about the types of services offered, scheduling, requests, and overall basic customer service Perform point of sale transactions for memberships, apparel, training lessons, and all other items Conduct Tours to prospective members so they may experience Shoot 360 Assist in overall facility cleanliness and maintenance Other duties as required Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance. Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation. Displays good communication skills. Respectfully takes direction from Manager Assist the Manager in the success & growth of the facility Helps to sell memberships, camps, clinics, PT, and in general build facility revenue Assists with running camps, clinics, classes, and provides general coaching for athletes Ensures facility is well maintained and well cleaned Demonstrates outstanding customer service to our membersWORK ENVIRONMENT

Floor coaches will be primarily responsible for our in-facility experience for our members and their families. This includes general customer service, coaching our members, running personal training, and running classes, clinics, and camps. The role also includes the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility. Lastly, it involves community outreach and sales. Floor coaches need to be comfortable running new potential members through their first workout and afterwards sitting down and providing a skills evaluation for the athlete and their parents before making the pitch for them to sign up as members.QUALITIES OF FLOOR COACHES
We are looking for a trainers to spearhead improving our basketball training programs. You will spend the majority of your time out on the floor providing coaching to members while they train. This will be your opportunity to pitch and earn personal training. You will also run potential members through their first visit and then sit down afterwards and provide an evaluation and sell them on a membership. We need someone who is not only a strong trainer, but comfortable with sales and is hungry to go earn personal training. You will earn commissions off of your membership sales as well as off of your personal training. So taking the job will be betting on yourself to be able to sell both.QUALIFICATIONS

Base pay is $15.00 - $17.00 Personal Training commission is $6.00 -$10.00 an hour on top of base pay Membership sales commission is $10.00 for every new recruit that you take through an initial workout and skills evaluation (ORV), that signs up for a membershipNECESSARY
EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE
Basketball coaching or training experience H.S diplomaPREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Standing/walking for long periods of time (up to 3 hours) Demonstrating Basketball Movements (Jogging, running, jumping, Bending) Moving Shooting Machine (Lowering and lifting the lever.
