Job Description

We are seeking a Varsity Head Girls Basketball Coach at Lincoln High School beginning with the 2026-27 basketball season. Essential Job Functions Plan, organize, and conduct effective practices and game strategies Develop players' basketball skills, physical conditioning, and game knowledge Promote academic success, character development, and leadership among student-athletes Ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants Coordinate game schedules, travel arrangements, and team communications Work collaboratively with assistant coaches, school staff, and parents Maintain compliance with school, district, and WIAA policies Manage equipment, uniforms, and program budget responsibly Oversee youth development in partnership with elementary and middle school coaches
