https://wecan.waspa.org/Employer/Vacancy/Edit/274408 The Shorewood School District is seeking an Assistant Girls Basketball Coach for the 2026-2027 school year.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Instruct students on the rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques of the sport.
  • Assist the head coach with instructing students on the sport's rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques.
  • Organizing and aupporting daily practices.
  • Determining strategies for games and tournaments, that support the head coach's philosophy
  • Assist with Supervising athletes during practices and games and ensure their safety. Qualifications
  • Previous coaching experience at the high school or college level.
  • An understanding of basketball and the sport's positions.
  • AED/CPR/First Aid Certification
