High School VB Coach Kingdom Prep Lutheran High School - 5.0 Wauwatosa, WI Job Details Part-time 12 hours ago Qualifications School experience CPR Certification Teamwork First Aid Certification Teaching Full Job Description Kingdom Prep Lutheran High School is seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and mission-driven Head Boys Volleyball Coach for the upcoming 2025-2026 season. KPL is committed to building strong Christian character in young men through high expectations, mentorship, and competitive athletics. We are looking for a coach who embodies these values and is passionate about developing both skilled athletes and strong leaders.

Head Boys Volleyball Coach Season:
Fall 2025 Reports to:
Athletic Director Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the boys volleyball program, including varsity and—if applicable—sub-varsity levels. Teach fundamental and advanced volleyball skills; develop practice plans that enhance athlete growth. Promote teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, and Christian character on and off the court. Communicate effectively with players, families, staff, and administration. Ensure compliance with WIAA regulations and Kingdom Prep Lutheran athletic policies. Supervise athletes during practices, competitions, and team events. Coordinate game strategy, lineup decisions, and in-season adjustments. Support academic expectations and monitor athlete eligibility. Maintain and care for program equipment and uniforms.
Qualifications:
Prior coaching experience in volleyball at the high school or competitive club level preferred. Strong understanding of volleyball fundamentals, strategy, and skill development. Ability to mentor young men in alignment with Kingdom Prep's Christian mission. Excellent communication and leadership skills. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Must meet WIAA coaching requirements and KPL background check standards.
Schedule & Commitment:
