Qualified candidates must hold a Master's and/or PhD in Communication, with an emphasis in interpersonal or organizational communication. The ideal candidate for both positions can teach across the curriculum, including introductory communication courses and Introduction to Public Speaking and Rhetorical Analysis. We also seek candidates with training that would enable instruction in Organizational Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Qualitative Research Methods, and Communication and Conflict. Pepperdine's undergraduate Seaver College is a residential liberal arts college of approximately 3,500 students situated in Malibu, California.
