Job Description
The Finance Department at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, is seeking qualified applicants for two tenure-track positions. Tenure-Track Assistant Professor Position Qualification requirements A PhD degree (or expecting to obtain one before August 2027) in finance, economics or related field. Fewer than three years of academic experience since PhD graduation. Excellent prospects for scholarly achievements in the area of finance; high quality work in progress or, in the case of a candidate already holding an Assistant Professor position, demonstrated research achievements. Evidence of and a commitment to quality teaching Ability to interact effectively with colleagues and make a meaningful contribution to the department and the business school. The salary range for this position is $265,000--$280,000.
