Dartmouth Center for Implementation Science Location Hanover / Lebanon, NH Open Date Jul 11, 2026 Description The Dartmouth Center for Implementation Science (DCIS) at the Geisel School of Medicine, a Center for Biomedical Research Excellence, invites application for a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor to expand our implementation research and capacity building initiatives across the Dartmouth ecosystem. Successful candidates will establish or develop an independent, extramurally funded, andimpactful research portfolio in implementation science. Additionally, the ideal candidate will serve as a core implementation science methodologist on interdisciplinary research teams, teach one course in the MS in Implementation Science program, mentor graduate students, fellows, and investigators on implementation research design, data collection, and analysis techniques. DCIS has emerging strength in pmplementation sciences training and research. The Center offers a dynamic, interdisciplinary, and highly collaborative setting with a commitment and infrastructure to support rigorous and impactful research and career advancement. Department affiliation will be co-determined at the time of hire. Dartmouth faculty benefit from close collaborative relationships with other departments across the medical school and university, including the College of Arts & Sciences, Thayer School of Engineering, and the Tuck School of Business. In addition, Dartmouth is home to a SYNERGY CTSA, multiple COBREs, NCI Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center with four research programs, including Cancer Population Sciences, Center for Rural Health, Center for Health Equity and Global Health, Center for Technology and Behavioral Health, and the Design Initiative at Dartmouth focusing on human centered design. As a part of success in this role there are expectations for teaching and mentoring. Individuals will have opportunities to participate in multiple graduate programs (e.g., MS in Implementation Science, Dartmouth MS and MPH programs, and PhD programs).
