The position is anticipated to begin August 2027. Strong candidates working in any area of applied mathematics are encouraged to apply. Post-doctoral experience is expected, although not absolutely required. The salary will be competitive. The normal teaching load for research-active faculty is three semester courses per academic year. The Department's 25 tenure-track mathematics faculty and 42 doctoral students pursue research in algebra, analysis, applied mathematics, and geometry/topology.
