Position Summary The Physical Education Department seeks to hire an assistant professor for their teacher education program. The Department has over 800 undergraduate students and over 50 graduate students working towards initial and professional teacher certification. Department faculty are dedicated teachers, productive scholars, and engaged members of both the campus and professional community with strong pedagogical backgrounds. The successful candidate will join a large and dynamic Physical Education program with a long history of training physical education teachers, working with school partners, and serving families and children in the community.
