Applicants may be considered that are near the completion of their doctoral degree, but completion of their degree within a year (August 2028) will be required for their continued employment. In addition to campus resources, Interactions and collaborations are also possible with Mississippi State University, a Research-I institution that is a 25-minute drive from campus. Minimum Qualifications It is preferred that applicants have a doctorate in organic chemistry, or a related chemistry field, and a commitment to the scholarship of teaching and learning. at either Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level, commensurate with experience, beginning August 2027.
