Position Number:
350136 The Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry at Duquesne University invites applications for a one-semester Non-Tenure-Track position in Chemistry/Biochemistry, at the Teaching Assistant Professor level. Each Teaching Assistant Professor will teach 12 credit hours per semester of undergraduate courses and laboratories as designated by the Department Chair.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements Applicants must have a Ph. D. in Chemistry or Biochemistry and be available to teach beginning January 2027. Alternatively, the applicants may possess any equivalent combination of experience and training, which provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the essential job functions. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the University Community. Ability and willingness to contribute actively to the Mission of the University and to respect the Spiritan Catholic identity of Duquesne University.
