degree and Board Certification in Internal Medicine; and •able to be licensed in Tennessee within the first-year of hire date by the Tennessee Board of Osteopathic Examination/Tennessee Medical State Board; unrestricted Tennessee license and approved medical professional liability insurance must be maintained throughout employment Preferred Qualifications D.O. degree and able to be licensed in Tennessee by the Tennessee Board of Osteopathic Examination; •minimum of 3 years experience in clinical/academic medicine teaching and leadership.
