Key responsibilities include teaching, professional development, content design and development, research and scholarly/creative activities, institutional and community service, learner advising, and supervision as assigned. Applicants should hold an established international reputation in Healthcare Management and demonstrate expertise in online teaching platforms and smart learning methodologies. The selected faculty member will join the School of Health Sciences, develop and deliver relevant course content, and contribute to high-quality research outputs. Candidates must also show evidence of sustained scholarly and creative contributions to their discipline. Main Roles & Responsibilities Facilitate both undergraduate and postgraduate courses using online learning platforms and smart technologies Design, develop, and deliver e-content in the field of Health Care Management Supervise, advise and mentor learners in their academic study plan Supervise master's theses and capstone projects Develop and conduct professional short courses, workshops, and interactive training programs for targeted groups and professional communities. Publish research in high quality Scopus indexed journals Prepare and submit applications for research grants Carry out administrative responsibilities as required Required Qualification & Skills PhD degree in Healthcare Management or related field from top 200 university Adequate teaching experience at graduate and undergraduate levels Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals of good international standing Experience in course content development for online learning Experience in advising and mentoring learners Record of teaching at graduate and undergraduate levels Record of supervising master dissertations Ability to develop and deliver professional short courses in Arabic and English Record of sound administrative experience in academics Experience working in an online learning environment will be given preference International experience will be given preference English language proficiency is a must
