Demonstrate expertise in Public Policy, with specialization or strong teaching and research interests in Public Administration,Governance, or closely related areas. Maintain an active research agenda; conduct and publish research in the field ofspecialization; seek external research funding; and supervise graduate theses and research projects. Teach assigned graduate coursesand seminars and, where appropriate, contribute to undergraduate or service teaching, while supporting student learning and academicdevelopment. Supervise independent study activities and serve as academic advisor to students. Participate in, and whereappropriate, chair university and college committees. Contribute to curriculum development, program enhancement, internationalaccreditation processes, and academic quality assurance. Provide service to the College, University, profession, and wider policycommunity relevant to the academic specialty. Disseminate research findings through publications, conferences, policy engagement,and scholarly presentations to enhance HBKU's reputation. Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Dean or theUniversity.
