Macon, GA Job Details 19 hours ago Qualifications Student-centered approaches (student motivation techniques) Full Job Description Helms College is seeking qualified Goodwill professionals to serve as adjunct online faculty for a variety of business courses. Potential courses may include Business Law and Ethics, Entrepreneurship, Interpersonal Communication, Fundamentals of Customer Service, and Business Communications. These are fully remote adjunct teaching opportunities. Courses are delivered in 5.5-week terms using an online format that includes asynchronous coursework and scheduled live class sessions via Microsoft Teams. Competitive per-course stipend. Current employment with a Goodwill organization and a minimum of two years of Goodwill retail management, leadership, or relevant professional experience. A bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a field related to the instructional assignment. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated commitment to student-centered teaching and supporting adult learners. Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and basic instructional technology. Ability and willingness to facilitate scheduled live online class sessions via Microsoft Teams, generally up to two times per week depending on the course schedule. Experience using a learning management system (LMS) is preferred. Previous online teaching or training experience is preferred.
